We work with you to create a unique, personalised funding strategy based on your needs. It is this strategy which drives our work. We will of course advise you on strategy, but ultimately it is yours. You are in full control. We are looking to create growth from the skills you already have; so your strategy is based on your current needs, and your future ambitions.

Because we understand more about you, we are able to offer a higher success rate in terms of bid writing. We have phenomenal experience and knowledge in writing successful bids, and we understand funders and what they require from you. At 3Si we will only write a bid if we think it has a real chance of success. If we cannot find suitable funders for you we will work with you to build your credentials with funders; working on your management systems, equal opportunities and diversity policies, and environmental policies.

The job isn’t finished when the bid is won – we will work with you to measure the success of your project using the most up-to-date methods and we will use this knowledge to help you further improve the service that you offer.
